The added value of information transmission software and information technology service industry has also increased significantly, from about 1.8 trillion to 3.8 trillion, and the proportion of GDP increased from 2.5 to 3.7.
In addition, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, my country issued 285 national standards for smart manufacturing and led the formulation of 47 international standards, covering the entire manufacturing process of enterprises. my country has entered the advanced ranks of the global smart manufacturing standard system. More than 600 advanced smart factories have been built. The production efficiency of smart manufacturing demonstration projects has increased by an average of 44.9%, energy utilization has increased by 19.8%, operating costs have been reduced by 25.2%, product development cycles have been shortened by 35%, and product defect rates have been reduced by 35.5%. There are more than 30,000 newly-increased companies that implement the standard for the integration of the two management systems, and the fields of refining, chemical, printing and dyeing, and home appliances are close to the advanced level of foreign countries. The three major systems of industrial Internet network, platform and security have basically been completed.
